Services_ / Family Law

As we pointed out in our introductory speech, the area of family law is among the specially profiled services of our law office. In fact, this area of law has been defined by the structure of laws that regulate this area, such as marriage, marital relations, partnership and relationships within it, the relations between parents and children, adoption, foster care, guardianship, child support, property relations in the family, protection from domestic violence, proceedings related to family relationships and personal names.

At first glance, family law seems simpler than some other areas of law both in terms of subject matter that deals with and in terms of disputes that may arise from it. It is often indicated with the fact that a large number of cases relating to the application of family law can be encountered in everyday life and that it seems that even participants in one of many such problems could practice it easy. It is true that family disputes are, relatively speaking, legally simpler than other disputes, but they are certainly far more complicated in the psychological sense. Most lawyers do not invest a lot of energy and effort in this area of law because they believe that these problems can be solved easily without much intellectual gymnastics and investment.

However, our opinion is that family and inheritance law that often or almost always are accompanied by each other requires a skilled attorney who should know how to listen more than to speak its knowledge and burden its clients. Our services in the field of family law will be divided into three categories:

  1. litigation procedure (- marital disputes, maternity and paternity disputes, protection of children’s rights, claims for performance and deprivation of parental rights )
  2. extra-judicial procedures (- deprivation of legal capacity, the extension of parental rights, granting permission for marriage, inheritance disputes)
  3. special administrative procedures (- marriage, adoption, foster care and guardianship, civil registration, etc.)

We will single out only some of the activities in which we believe that we have an ear:
