Whether it is a founder of ”big business” or ”small” one with some 100 employees or it is one person running its own business or there is a desire to start one’s own business, it is necessary to know and to ”navigate” laws and regulations relating to corporation, limited liability companies, or partnerships and other forms of business. In this sense, we have no preference whether a client is ”big” or ”small” or a beginner in the business. Given the specificity of our law office, we cover numerous, complex aspects of the business. If a client wishes to start its business, we will compile all necessary acts and documents that would allow starting a business such as, for example a Decision on incorporation or Incorporation act, Shareholders’ agreement and etc. In order to smooth the business operation, we will provide the client with all necessary contracts and rules of internal procedures reffering the company and their employees. If a founder decides to sell or buy its business, we also respond to the assigned task by drawing up the necessary sale and purchase agreements and other contracts.

Analysis and drafting of contract
Analysis and drafting of the contract is a special skill which significantly differs us as lawyers, so we singled out and stressed this part of legal services. Art of writing a contract involves a high degree of protection of our of our clients and the successful implementation of the agreed and contracted.
In this sense, we will advise and advocate our clients actively or passively in all types of negotiations, we shall draft by each and / or any type of business contracts as well as any and / or any type of contract between individuals.
Accordingly, we represent our clients in proceedings for all kind of damages, fulfillment, termination, nullity and / or for nullifying the contract as well as all kinds of collectibles.
