Property, within the meaning of the Property Law of the Republic of Serbia is:

  • land (agricultural land, constructional land forests and forest land)
  • buildings (commercial, residential, residential-business, economic, etc.)
  • and other buildings, as well as special parts of buildings (apartments, business premises, garages and garage spaces) to which a separate property right may exist

There are many laws, regulations, ordinances and other regulations which regulate the property area. When the problem of restitution of confiscated property, public property, land acquisition, property relations of the population, individual, family, marital and others are added, we are able to perceive the complexity of this area of law only to some extent. This complexity indicates the need for an experienced and skilled lawyer who, alone or together with his team, will be able to unravel all these knots, which are an integral part of modern life and business.

Activities in regard to property entails numerous legal, financial, tax and other matters, including proceedings before the competent national authorities.
