In the last ten years, Miodrag Filipovic worked continuously to enrich his portfolio with many different situations and experiences in the field of corporate law.This means that, as a trainee as well as a young lawyer later on, he accepted dealing with legal issues that nobody wanted, cases which others have written off, revealing the challenge of improving and advancing to the point at which no secret would remain for him. Aware of the fact that a company’s life takes place at various levels of society, Miodrag Filipovic has gained knowledge and experience equally in other areas of expertise accepting cases such as in the field of information technology, building such cases for the client and the court, thus making the kind of a breakthrough in the defense of his clients. Such fearlessness and willingness to engage in the unknown is the basic characteristic of this young leader.

The expertise and skills of this young man stands out in the consideration of all the circumstances in detail when it comes to corporate law involving bankruptcy and liquidation as well, then the tax law, contract law and civil procedural law as well as all forms of damages. His success to resolve what it seems sometimes impossible makes him last all this time. This is further enhanced by characteristics which describe him closer such as great sharpness, speed but not haste, extraordinary logical thinking, responsibility and diligence in work and as someone who does not give up on the highest ethical principles of the profession at time when all value systems are brought into question.

 

Hobbies & Interests

A motto that refers to a healthy body that nurtures a healthy mind is another postulate which Miodrag Filipovic like to exercise if he wants to offer the concept of plan, foresee, win to others. In this regard, basketball is his choice of leisure activity because it offers the possibility of individuality in a team. Another motto ”a happy woman, happy life” literally describes him as being a husband and father of two.
